Just some jots...

Have you ever felt that no matter what you do, you can't seem to get yourself in gear and get things done that you know need to be done. I think the word is "unacomplished", maybe even "drained". Though we just ended our Spring Break, I feel it has been really difficult to get back into the swing of things. Tell me I am not the only one!!!
Though the transition has been hard, things are going well here in the McLerran household. Work, work, work seems to be the norm and the norm have become. Jessica seems to be having a hard time as well. When we get home in the evenings she has been really grouchy and seems to be extremely tired all the time too. Yes, I know....she is probably picking it up from me, but I am trying to not show it at home. She is starting to show signs of the "terrible two's" with the testing and defiance, but I am taking it as it comes and trying to always think, "What would God have me do in this situation." I am taking the loving yet firm approach with Jessica and Lord knows if she is "getting it" or not. Time will tell.
Jessica is LOVING coming home and helping me with dinner. If it is tearing lettuce or stirring a pot of beans, she is eager to help momma. Also, she is loving to get a wet wipe and clean CREATION with it at all times. This girl loves to clean!!!! WOOOWHOOO! Can't wait to actually put her to work.....lol. This Saturday will be Jessica's 2nd birthday. This girl needs to quit growing so fast...
